Palace for $ 1 500 000 000 – it’s most expensive home in the world, no doubt. And it’s not only palace. Here is else a huge territory near Black Sea. Let me tell you about it more detailed!
There are a lot of photos and info about it. So I will divide all into 2 articles. Here we will watch on lands and buildings of this huge manor.
It’s a main building of this Manor near Gelendzhyk city. 17 691 м² is an official squire of this palace. This is really huge house! And actually it’s small town for one man. In second article we will watch what’s inside. We have real photos and a lot of qualitative renders based on scheme, photos and documents about purchases.
Main building may look as old palace somewhere in Europe, but there is a mix from details of different styles and some elements are useless because now we have a reinforced concrete. This building gives a sense that Putin or his people wanted strange things and even Italian architect couldn’t convince them not to do all they wanted.
Palace was finished only a few years ago but now everywhere is repair. Building was projected with a lot of mistakes and one of them are water and ventilation. Palace has a huge problems with a fungus. All upholstery may be removed and made new.
Strange palace, and what? If you are thinking that all oddities ended.. I want to disappoint you! That was only beginning…
Guys, it’s covered hockey stadium and helipad. This is a Hockey stadium and helipad, guys :) Probably Putin wants to play hockey with Alexander Lukashenko, other last European dictator, more often
Not every Russian city has hockey stadium, even not masked as a hill. But it’s a president… Stadium for one person, who even doesn’t lives where? Yes! He really needs it!
Else in his manor Putin has own Greenhouse. Maybe he knows that almost all countries don’t want to see him. Or maybe he wants to watch rare tries, like that was killed due to buildings or other ecological disasters in all Russia. Or simply he decided that it’s cool to have own greenhouse… Nobody knows.
Else there may be amphitheater. Else one useful building in a manor, there owner doesn’t live. But if it’s bribe – why not? Let’s build!
All imperators and kings had own churches. Putin knows it and he is sure that he is not worse. He deserves it! Booooom! It’s an own church of Vladimir Putin :-) Because he is sure that he is even better than all previous imperators and kings from all the world.
Church is strange too. In meaning exterior design. But it’s 100% that inside everything is expensive. Without any taste, but expensive.
Here is head office and houses where live all people working in a palace. And as we understand from houses size – here lives a lot of people. And it’s normal. 17 691 м² it’s a huge house. Only to clean such house is needed a lot of maids. In the same moment most part of russians live in flats around 40-70 м². Flats with squire more than 100 м² usually are already expensive enough flats. Some people live in 17-27 м² flats or build real skyscrapers under garages because can’t buy even cheapest flat.
One this palace is like 177 flats with squire 100 м² each. Let’s watch what else Putin has in his manor.
On this photos everything is beautiful. Putin can visit his manor only a few times per year. And if he will not want to play hockey, walk or visit greenhouse… He may have a possibility to go to a “Tea home” though own bridge.
Whole regions of Russia will be really happy if they got such bridge. People will get a possibility to come on other bank of some river, without gap in a few hundreds kilometers. But no! And here we see a personal bridge for one person.
Russian will be happy even if their bridge will be more simple and shorter than Putin’s. But a lot of them even don’t believe that it’s his manor. Putin can’t say that it’s his villa, that’s why this property is registered to close to him people. And sometimes owner is changing.

Do you remember that all this manor is located on a mountain near Black Sea? It would be a crime to think that Putin doesn’t has any access to the sea. Of course he has! He has s whole tunnel in a mountain to come to the water.
On previous image is marked exit from Putin’s tunnel to the beach. To build a tunnel in mountain isn’t cheap, as everything here.
But that is else not all about tunnel. Putin can come to sea and watch on a sea. And now I’m talking not about the same place! Putin has else one tunnel. It’s end is located higher and there is located “degustation room”.
It looks almost like a real rock. But in real this is a glass. One person can come through the mountain into this tasting room with view on Black Sea, take some wine and relax.
By the way, not far from here is located winery, that is close to this manor. So it’s possible to sit inside own mountain and taste own wine, made outside…
It’s so huge project with a lot of contractors that now we have even scheme of all these tunnels! Looks expensive, very expensive.
To build such inside mountain are needed people who can build everything under ground. From Metropolitan to personal tunnel for one corrupt official.
